Just a quick note about the Pharmacy's Prescription service - I can order my repeat medication using the Patient Access app and I get a text come through when it is ready for collection, which is usually within 3-5 days. Really convenient and works really well. Thank you.

I phoned at 1.55 as I was very worried about my husbands health. The receptionist was not very helpful and I object to be talked over when I am trying to explain his condition.
I ended up phoning 111 which couldn't have been more helpful. He is now in William Harvey hospital with suspected sepsis

Flu jab clinic was fabulously organised, staff were clear and precise in directions. The system was wonderful and wanted to say thank you to all staff that gave up their Saturday.

Initial reaction was "what a stroppy girl on the door" after eventually gaining entry I received EXCELLENT service from the senior partner
